Customer Implementation (CI) is a newly established function in Nets Issuer & eSecurity Services established to secure the delivery of strategic customer implementations all over Europe. Several big projects and programs are organized and governed through this organization, and as a Program Manager, you will be heading one of the complex programs, thereby accountable for delivering according to strategic objectives and customer requirements. You demonstrate authority in your communication with customers and management and show great leadership skills toward the project teams within your program. You proactively manage and report on execution of deliverables on high level, but you are also able to dig into the details whenever appropriate.
In this role, you will have the following responsibilities, among others:
Overall accountable for program delivery according to internal and external deadlines and requirements
Leading project teams in a matrix and hybrid delivery model, across business areas and agile delivery teams
Stakeholder management of key people, including senior management from the customer’s and Nets organizations
Financial forecasting and reporting to internal and external Program Boards
Ensuring continuous improvements and implementation of lessons within the program and across the Customer Implementation team
As you will be responsible for international customer implementations, you must expect some travelling.

Your professional qualifications include
10+ years of project/ programme management experience, either from internal positions or as consultant
3+ years of experience working on executive level projects
Experience from the Payment industry and/or Fleet & Fuel industry
Knowledge or certification in working with agile methodologies (SAFe)
Experience leading migration projects e.g. Datacenter, Card portfolio, platform & processor migrations
Strong communication skills
Fluent in English
Fluency in either French or German an advantage
Your personal qualifications include high spirits and constant energy and drive. You must adapt well to change and be able to motivate teams to do the same. Furthermore, you must be customer-centric as well as strategically intuitive.
